The Pioneers had a great couple days at Wake Forest. Definitely a strong showing for our team. We had more good moments than bad and came home happy overall. Of course, like always, there’s some stuff we need to improve on, but I think our upcoming season is going to be a great one. I am working on some film to share from the games we played and hope to have that done in the next few days.

a hamsters were nocturnal. In the middle of the night, Rio is on his wheel getting serious cardio and keeping me awake at the same time. The other night, I had to take his wheel out of his cage to get any sleep at all. He legit has more endurance than any athlete I know.
