One of the things I’ve been doing more and more is lifting to gain some muscle and develop my strength. My brother, Noah, lifts a lot – and has for years. So, he’s been a big influence on that part of my life, pushing me and competing with me (we can make anything a competition). He is both proud and bitter about my gains at the same time. When I hit a new weight or something, his response is usually along the lines of, “Well good, but your squat is still ugly to watch.”

This year, he’s a senior, so I’ve been going all out to show him support while soaking up every minute of us being in school together. I have to admit, not having him around next year will be super weird. He’s always been there. But, my younger brother will START high school the same year I finish it, so even though Noah graduates, there will still be more than one Eaves roaming the halls of Crockett.
