Things have been crazy for the last month. First, my big brother graduated from high school. Which is good, but also weird. Next, two of
my teammates transferred. In fact, the two other c/o 2026 starters. Right after that, our head coach took a new job at Daniel Boone (his high school, which has always been his dream job). It’s been hard. But, the guys on my team are putting in tons of work and even with the new and unexpected starting lineup, we’re building chemistry and, I think, playing really well as a team. I still don’t know officially who our head coach will be, so the weird stuff continues, but I am sure that we’re going to persevere, and I’m convinced we just might surprise people.
New coach, new ideas, new plays, and new surprises await! Caleb, your dedication to stay at David Crockett High School, and your dedication to the game you love will carry you far! We’re mostly proud of your dedication to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We have seen you grow from a boy to a man which is showing up in all you do!! Caleb, your mind, your game, your body, your drive, and your attitude are all on point for you to have an amazing Senior year and a future career in basketball or anything you desire and what you deserve!!
